About Alex & Co.
Alex & Co is a family owned and operated jewelry store showcasing a unique collection of Alex’s original designs as well as other fine designers.
Alex’s passion for jewelry design began in Europe in the late 70’s. After graduating from The St. Petersburg School of Design he settled with his family in Boston.
In 1982, Alex established his first company specializing in the creation of custom designs in the Greater Boston area. His reputation as a driving force in the jewelry industry led him to establish his first retail store in 1992.
With the support of his wife, Sofia and an ever expanding multi-generational clientele a new and larger store was opened in 2003.
His European education and his years of
experience in custom design lend a
unique
flavor to Alex’s work, which can
be best
described as elegant,
sophisticated and
above all and individual.
In 2005, Alex & Co. became a two
generation family business when
Daniel graduated form Suffolk
University and went on to attain a
Graduate Gemologist degree from
The Gemological Institute of America.
